Nurturing Wellness Through Social Support

Holistic Approach

At Wheels of Wellness, we understand the intricate link between social wellbeing and overall health. Our dedicated team provides holistic care to marginalized individuals, focusing not only on their medical needs but also on their emotional and social wellbeing. We offer counseling, group programs, and support to help our clients navigate their challenges and rebuild their lives.

Empowerment and Advocacy

Our services are designed to empower individuals, providing them with the support and resources they need to take control of their health and wellbeing. We advocate for our clients, assisting them with various needs such as liaising with Centrelink, banks, and housing services, ensuring they have access to the essential support and services they require.

Cultural Awareness and Education

Through our Indigenous Health Worker, we offer cultural awareness training focused on health and wellbeing. This initiative aims to enhance understanding and approach to holistic care within the community, fostering an environment of respect, inclusivity, and mutual learning.
